This application is filed for extension of time to comply the order dated 8/1/2015. Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the non-applicant submits that, erroneous statements are made in the application. The present nonapplicant was given notice to appear, the non-applicant has appeared before the Board, has canvassed the arguments, he was directed to give written notes, the same was submitted. It is erroneous on the part of applicant to contend otherwise.

Considering the reasons given in the application, we extend the time granted by this Court vide order dated 8/1/2015 by three months from today. Civil Application accordingly disposed of. No costs.
