The learned Advocate for the petitioner after making submissions submits that he is at present restricting the petition to prayer Clause (C), which reads thus:

"By way of appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, this Hon'ble High Court may kindly direct the respondent No. 4 Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare Office, Nandurbar, Tq. and District Nandurbar, to take expeditious decision on the proposal dated 06/12/2017 (08/12/2017) submitted by the petitioner, in view of the Government Resolution dated 23/10/2013 and as per Chapter 3 of the Secondary School Code."

Taking into consideration the prayer Clause (C), it appears that he has to examine the proposal and forward it to respondent no.3, who would then forward it to respondent no.1. We dispose of the petition by directing respondent no.4 to examine and forward the proposal dated 06.12.2017 submitted by the

The respondent no.3 to complete the remarks or verification with him on the said proposal within a further period of two weeks and forward it to respondent no.1. The respondent no.1 to decide such proposal after it is forwarded by respondent no.3 within a period of two months thereafter.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
