By this application, which is filed within limitation, the applicant / petitioner prays for quashing the order of the learned Registrar dated 27/03/2017 by which registration was refused to the writ petition for non removal of office objections. 2.
For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. After all office objections in the writ petition are removed on or before 12/01/2018, the order of the learned Registrar dated 27/03/2017 shall stand quashed and the writ petition shall be registered and posted for admission on 29/01/2018.

If the above direction is not complied with, the civil application khs/DEC. 2017/5967d
shall stand rejected and the order dated 27/03/2017 shall be effective from 15/01/2018.
