The petitioner is taking exception to the order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner dated 25.07.2023 in Inquiry No.13/2023 in exercise of powers under Section 41-A of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 whereby, on an application by the respondent, who is the Chief Trustee, certain directions were issued on administrative side as regards opening of coffers, etc..

Considering the fact that it is merely an administrative order passed way back on 25.07.2023 which is sought to be challenged, it would be appropriate for the petitioners to approach the selfsame office and make out the case for modification of the order. Keeping that option open, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
