The appeal preferred by respondent no.2 - insurance company has already been dismissed way back in 2017. The amount of compensation payable to applicant no.2 - Rutuja has been kept in fixed deposit since she was minor. She has now attained the age of majority.

In view of the fact that the appeal has already been dismissed and that applicant no.2 has attained majority, the amount kept in the name of applicant no.2 in fixed deposit be paid to her along with interest accrued thereon. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
