By the consent of petitioners and Advocate representing respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the contesting respondents, the following order is passed.

ORDER

[i] The impugned order dated 20/03/2020 passed by respondent No. 4 is set aside.

[ii] Respondent No. 4 is directed to hear and decide the Appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within eight weeks from the date of passing of this Order.

[iii] Till disposal of Appeal, the interim order passed by this Court on 19/06/2020 to remain in operation. [iv] The parties are directed to appear before respondent No. 4 on 02/09/2020. On appearance of

2 951 W.P. 5147.2020 parties, respondent No. 4 is directed to list the petition for hearing and decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within eight weeks from the date of appearance of parties. No fresh notice to be given to the petitioners and respondents.

[v] It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits of contentions raised in petition. 2.
