Heard Mr. Vibhute, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned A.G.P. for State and Mr. Sant, the learned counsel for Respondent No.3. 2.

According to the Petitioner, Respondent No.3 University is not accepting the examination form only on the ground that the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the Petitioner are pending.

The Respondents shall not refuse to accept the examination form of the Petitioner and shall not refrain the Petitioner from prosecuting

further studies only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending.

The Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
