The learned Advocate for the parties inform that the matter has become infructuous, as vide order dated 01-07-2020 passed by the Competent Authority (Land Acquisition), National Highway Authority of India, the matter is referred to civil Court, for apportionment of the compensation amount.

Since the purpose of filing the petition is now served, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. All the contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

Pending Civil Application no. 2347 of 2021 is also disposed of.
