This Civil Application is filed within limitation for seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, which is refused registration on account of non removal of office objections. The Writ Petition was at a pre-notice stage.

The learned AGP opposed the Civil Application contending that the Applicant/ Petitioner should donate some costs to the Bar Association.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that he would voluntarily donate an amount of Rs.500/- to the Bar

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. All office objections shall be removed on or before 30.04.2024. The amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) shall be donated to the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within the same period. 5.
