The submissions made show that during the pendency of this proceeding a committee was constituted as per direction given by this Court of the expert and the committee given the evaluation. The petitioner from the Writ Petition No. 2504 of 2013 secured highest marks and School was allotted to the petitioner from Writ Petition No.2504 of 2013. This decision was challenged by the some interested persons in this Court but that petition came to be dismissed. Review Application is filed in that matter also came to be dismissed and thus the allotment made in favour of the petitioner from Writ Petition No. 2504 of 2013 has become final. The petition from other proceeding was acquiring from the same allotment and so nothing survive in the matter. The grievance of the petitioner from the other proceeding like when the
