Today the matter was taken on board on the request made by the learned counsels for both sides. They have filed compromise document on record. As per the direction given by this Court, Registrar [Judicial] has verified that the parties to the present proceeding have signed the compromise document and put their thumb impressions on the document. The parties are identified by their respective learned counsels. They have prayed for preparing the decree on the basis of the terms of compromise.

In view of the submissions made by the

2 S.A. 613.2005.odt learned counsels, Second Appeal is allowed. The Judgments and Decrees of the trial Court and the first appellate Court are modified to give the decree in terms of the compromise filed in the present Appeal. Prepare the decree in terms of compromise.
