The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has informed Mr. S. N. Janakwade, learned counsel representing respondent no. 2 - Municipal Council, on two occasions. He is present.

The petitioner points out that his retiral benefits are mentioned on page 12, which is a statement prepared by the Chief Officer of the Municipal Council, Purna, Dist. Parbhani. His request is that the said amount be paid to her expeditiously, since she has superannuated on 31st March, 2022.

As an innocuous prayer for payment of retiral dues has been put forth, we are not issuing notice.

This petition is disposed off. We expect respondent no. 2 to clear the legal dues of the petitioner in four (04) equated monthly installments commencing from 15th May, 2023 and the fourth installment would be paid on or before 15th August, 2023.
