This Application is filed by the original Appellants to serve Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 with a notice for final disposal by way of paper publication in the daily newspaper 'Punya Nagari, Aurangabad Edition'. 2.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicants/Appellants that Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 were duly served before the learned Tribunal at the same address as shown in the Appeal memo. He submits that even in the Application for Delay Condonation, Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 were served at the same address. However, the notice issued to the said Respondents in the Appeal has been returned unserved with an endorsement 'incomplete address'. He submits that Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are deliberately avoiding to receive the notice in the Appeal.
