It is informed that the office is not accepting the filing of the application since it is not supported by affirmation. In view of the fact that contents of the application are a matter of record, affirmation in support of the application is dispensed with. The filing of civil application is accepted across the bar. Office is directed to register the civil application.

The appellant has filed this civil application seeking extension of interim order dated 12.04.1996 passed by this Court in the present Second Appeal for a period of six weeks from date of judgment in the Second Appeal. The Second Appeal came to be dismissed on 12.03.2025. There was an interim order dated 12.04.1996 which was operating all throughout. In that view of the matter, although the learned advocate for the respondent vehemently opposes the prayer, I am inclined to extend the interim order dated 12.04.1996 for a period of three weeks from today i.e. 22.04.2025.
