Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P.

This Court, in Writ Petition bearing No.3581/2020, filed bl the petitioner, had directed the petitioner to appear before the Committee on 12/3/2020 and further directed to decide the validation proceedings within tree months. Due to complete lockdown, the proceedings could not be decided. The petitioner claims to have passed the final lear M.B.B.S. examination and seeks permission to prosecute his internship. 3.

The degree certificate is never issued unless and until

Considering the above, in case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner mal not be restrained from prosecuting his internship onll on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner without the petitioner producing the validation certificate or further orders of this Court.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
