Mr. Munde, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that an application is filed with a prayer to condone the delay caused in filing the application and the prayer to restore the civil application No.13800/2017 to its original stage, the application is filed on an erroneous impression that application No.13800/2017 is rejected. On verifying the record, it reveals that the application No.13800/2017 is still pending in this Court.
