The petitioner, who has been serving in private aided Ashram School, is seeking the benefit of ACPS schemes, as have been held entitled to Kiran Namdeo Shinde and Others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others, Writ Petition No. 2358 of 2003 and connected matters, decided on 21.09.2013, and several subsequent similar decisions, holding the employees of private aided Ashram Schools to be held entitled to derive the benefits of ACPS scheme as per the Government Resolution dated 30.04.1998 and subsequent Government Resolutions governing the field.

The learned AGP concedes the fact of decision at the principle seat in the matter of Kiran Namdeo Shinde and Others (supra).
