20.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner nos. 3 and 4 is not decided by the Education Officer. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 and 2 and submits that in case the proposal is pending the authority would decide it on its own merit.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner nos.3 and 4 (Exhibit-C Page 14) is pending with the respondent no.2 then the respondent no. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merit in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within six months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
