On 10th August, 2020, we had directed the petitioner to close all its current accounts with all other banks. We had recorded that, the petitioner has shown willingness to deposit Rs. 40,00,000/-. We had also directed the petitioner to deposit some amount in the loan account before 13.08.2020. 2.

Mr. Yadkikar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has deposited Rs. 4,00,000/- with the respondent No. 2 bank. The learned counsel further submits that, the petitioner is having one current account with Maharashtra Gramin Bank with balance of Rs. 3,77,496/- and

2 wp 4764.20 would transfer amount of Rs. 3,77,000/- directly to the respondent/S.B.I. bank. The petitioner shall deposit remaining amount approximately of Rs. 32,00,000/- (Rs. Thirty Two lacs only) and odd amount with the respondent/S.B.I. bank within a period of three (03) weeks from today so as to make total deposit of Rs. 40,00,000/- (Rs. Forty Lacs only).

The petitioner is also ready to give additional security. 4.

Mr. Rakh, the learned advocate for the respondent/S.B.I. on instructions submits that, the respondent/bank is ready to positively consider the proposal of the petitioner about running of its account as per it's eligibility.

In the light of the above, it appears that, the petitioner and the respondent/S.B.I. would arrive at the solution amicably. The parties may execute the documents immediately so that the petitioner is allowed to operate the account as it is submitted that, the petitioner has closed all its account with other banks. Upon submission of additional security, execution of documents as may be required by the bank, the bank may allow the petitioner to operate the account immediately. 6.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
