Learned advocate Mr. Palve submits that during pendency of this revision the respondents who are original plaintiffs have filed a praecipe before the trial court and have abandoned their suit on 17.02.2022. He also tenders across the bar a copy of the praecipe which apparently was exhibited as Exhibit-141 in the suit along with affidavits of all the respondents/their heirs exhibited at Nos.142 to 153. Those are taken on record and marked ' X'

for the purpose of reference collectively. He submits that the revision may be disposed of having become infructuous.
