The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners are intending to take admission in a professional course from Scheduled Tribe category. However, the validation proceedings are pending.

It appears that, physical hearing has not commenced before the Committee.

Considering the predicament of the petitioners, the Committee, if it is possible, may endeavour to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, upon the commencement of hearing before the Committee. If the Committee starts conducting the hearing, then the petitioners may approach the Committee by virtual mode of hearing or physical hearing, as may be possible, depending upon the circumstances existing after 1st July 2020. Writ Petitions are disposed of.
