Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. for the State.

The validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee. The respondent has issued notice to the petitioner to produce the validation certificate, else his services would be terminated. 3.

Judicial notice can be taken of the lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As the validation proceedings of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending, we quash and set aside

The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings. The respondent employer shall not take coercive action against the petitioner only on the ground of pendency of validation proceedings.
