We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocates for the Petitioner and we have perused the dates and particulars of events, which have been set out in the synopsis. The last order of enhancing the compensation was passed by this Court in First Appeal No.509/2002 on 30.01.2018.

In view of the above, we find that the District Collector, Beed should decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 02.07.2021, expeditiously.

As such, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation of the Petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 60 days from today, by following the due procedure laid down in Law.
