The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the revision petition is not entertained. The petitioners are willing to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- and the learned counsel for the petitioners come with a Demand Draft of Rs.3,00,000/- and that by one (01) week he will deposit and further Rs.2,00,000/- within two (02) weeks.

The recovery certificate of the amount of Rs.9,46,961/- is obtained by the Bank.

The petitioners are permitted to deposit Rs.3,00,000/- Demand Draft today. Thereafter, another Rs.2,00,000/- in the first week of June. 4.
That the learned counsel for the Bank submits that the dues as to today is Rs.34,00,000/-.

The learned counsel for the petitioners have come with a Demand Draft in the name of the Registrar. The petitioners are permitted to convert the same in the name of the Bank and may deposit it with the Bank within next four (04) working days.

Thereafter, the petitioners deposit another Rs.2,00,000/-. On deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- the revision petition be restored to the revisional court and the authority be consider the same on it's own merits.

For the next six (06) weeks from today, there would be no further coercive steps against
3 wp 4843.2023 the petitioners. Meanwhile, the court, thereafter to decide the matter.

The revisional court to decide the proceedings on it's own merits inquiring, whether a petition is maintainable on the amounts deposited.

The stay would be operational only in the event the petitioners deposit Rs.3,00,000/- with the Bank within a period of four (04) working days and further Rs.2,00,000/- in 1st week of June. 10.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with above observations.
