Heard. Perused the petition as well as reply filed on record. The petitioner certainly makes out a case of questioning the propriety of the impugned order permitting opening of school by respondent No.5. This happened in 2004. The petition is pending since then. The petitioner also runs a school in the same village. At present both these schools are running and therefore we are disinclined to go into merits of this petition. We do not want to disturb the present status-quo which exists in the school of both the parties. We, therefore, do not want to exercise our extraordinary jurisdiction under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
