1) Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave to correct the amount of compensation in prayer clause (B).

Leave granted. Corrections be effected forthwith.

2) Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. Total 37 R. land was acquired. The Special Land Acquisition Officer has assessed the compensation @ Rs.68,500/- per hectare. The Reference Court has enhanced the said amount to Rs.1,33,500/- per hectare. The acquisition is of

the year 1998. In the above circumstances, I am inclined to allow the present application.

2) The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court on furnishing an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed, he will deposit the amount so withdrawn within next two months thereafter. CA disposed of.
