By this application filed under Section 439(2) of Cr.P.C. applicant seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 in Crime No.15/2018, registered with Jilhapeth Police Station, Jalgaon, for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468, 470, 471, 472, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, Section 13(1) (c)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Sections 146(e-1) and 146(p) of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 2.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that on 31/03/2021 'C' Summary report is filed in the present crime, which is pending for consideration of the trial Court. 3.

In view of the above development, nothing survives in the present application. Application is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous.
