In spite of the directions in Writ Petition No.13229 of 2024, dated 04.12.2024, the respondent committee has not been able to decide the petitioner's caste claim within the time stipulated therein which brings the petitioner before us again since the protection under that order comes to an end. 2.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that committee would decide petitioner's proposal within four (04) weeks.

In the light of the above submission made by the learned AGP, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2scrutiny committee to decide petitioner's proposal within four (04) weeks.

The petitioner's employment shall stand protected for a period of four (04) weeks.
