Mr. S.S. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 4 have died.

Reading of the entire papers would show that petitioner no. 1 - Kalsu Gaman Vanjari was claimed to be legatee under the will. In the circumstances, in absence of this revision petitioner, the revision application cannot proceed. Deaths of petitioner nos. 1 and 4 have taken place sometime prior to 23rd June, 2015, as is

CRA No.159/2009 clear from the order passed on that date.
