The present writ petition is presented raising an exception to the order dated 10.02.2025 rendered by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kopargaon in P.W.D.V. Case No. 106 of 2024. The learned Magistrate has rejected the application for handing over the custody of the children to the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been settled before the Trial Court. Accordingly, the proceeding before the Trial Court has been disposed of as settled. The copy of the order dated 11.06.2025 is placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
