Learned Counsel for the petitioners makes motion that he shall take out appropriate application in detail in relation to the mutation of the property which she has inherited as wife of deceased Kachrulal Rathod, who has received the property by virtue of compromise decree passed in Regular Civil Suit No. 305 of 1977. 2.

Learned A.G.P., in response to above referred submissions, makes submission that if such application with minute details and supporting documentary evidence is made, the same shall be decided by the competent authority i.e. T.I.L.R. Nanded within period of three months from the date of presentation of such application.

Hence, present writ petition is disposed of in above terms, with direction to the T.I.L.R. Nanded to decide the application if preferred by the petitioners within period of ten weeks from the date of presentation of application, in accordance with law. [ N.W. SAMBRE, J. ] Tupe/16.11.15
