The present C.A. is filed by the applicants for bringing the legal heirs of deceased appellant no.2 Ambadas Ganpati Gulajkar. 2.

It is the case of the applicant that appellant no.2 Ambadas Ganpati Gulajkar expired on 26th February 2015 leaving behind him his L.Rs. as 2A to 2E as contended in para 1 of this application. The present CA is filed on 7th April 2015. The copy of death certificate is filed on record. It is seen from the record that the CA is filed in time. There is no contest. Therefore, I find no difficulty to pass following order. C.A.No.7455/2015 is hereby allowed.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant no.2 Ambadas Ganpati Gulajkar. Necessary amendment be carried out within the period of 14-days from this order.

C.A. stands disposed of.
