The petitioner has alleged breach of order dated 22/1/2019 in Writ Petition No.8076/2018 which directed the Commissioner to decide the representation of the petitioner for inter-district transfer within a period of 30 days from the date of the representation. An affidavit-in-reply has been filed wherein it is stated that the representation made by the petitioner has been rejected by order dated 8/4/2019. A copy of the order is placed on record. In view of this order, nothing survives in the contempt petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, he is at liberty to take recourse to the remedies available in law.
