This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner on 20.12.2013 for grant of Rental Compensation in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today and it is accordingly directed. 2.

If respondent Nos. 2 and 3 proceed to accept the claim of petitioner and determine the amount of Rental compensation, the said amount, so determined, shall be paid by respondent No.2, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from such determination. With directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
