It appears that the petitioner is original accused in connection with Crime No. 203/2021/Sessions Case No. 263 of 2021. The petitioner has fled an application below Exhibit-16 in the pending Sessions Case under Section 173 (8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, requesting therein for issuance of directions for further investigation.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial Court has kept the said application pending and the next

{2} crwp529.22.odt date in the matter is given as 27th May, 2022. The learned Counsel submits that the petitioner - original accused has requested in the said application for issuance of directions for further investigation in respect of cctv footage of the spot of incident and tower location of the witnesses. The learned Counsel submits that in the event if delay is caused in deciding the application, the very purpose of fling of the said application will be defeated. It appears that the learned Judge of the trial Court has given next date for hearing on application Exhibit-16 as 27th May, 2022. We hope and expect from the trial Court to decide the said application Exhibit-16 in accordance with law on the said date without any further delay.
