At the outset, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the entire amount as per the order dated 17th April, 2023 is deposited. To support his contention, he has placed on record photocopy of the receipt.

Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 384 of 2020 registered with MIDC Waluj Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120B, 506 of IPC.

Informant - Vyankat Bansode who is visually impaired lodged report in respect of he being cheated by the accused in the transaction of purchase of 2 Galas for Rs. 40 lacs. It is contended that against

41-ABA-458-2023.odt repayment of said amount present Applicant has assured payment of Rs. 8,30,000/- and cheque was issued and bond was obtained to that effect.

Now the amount of Rs. 8,30,000/- is already deposited by the Applicant. Nothing else to be recovered from the Applicant. Having regard to these facts, application is allowed by confirming interim order dated 17th April, 2023.
