2] The petitioner filed applications/ representations requesting respondent no.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nanded, for his transfer from Pardi (Kh), Tq. Kinwat, Dist. Nanded to any other place in Nanded/Mudkhed/Ardhapur Talukas.
