These applications are filed seeking stay to the judgment and award passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Osmanabad in LAR No. 135/1996 and 176/1996 dated 13-062012. The learned reference court has partly allowed the references and enhance the compensation @ Rs.36,500/- per Acre.

Learned advocate for the respondents vehemently opposed the applications.

However, since the applicant-acquiring body is ready to deposit the amount within 12 weeks, stay is granted subject to condition of the deposit of amount as on today within a period of 12 weeks from today.
