PER COURT :- This Court, while disposing of the Writ Petition No.4662/2012 granted liberty to the petitioner to tender an appropriate representation to respondent No.4, within a period of two weeks, from the date of the order and on receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent was directed to take appropriate steps within a period of three months.

It is informed by the petitioner that, he tendered representation to respondent No.4, putting forth his grievance in

{2} CP 254.14.odt respect of providing approach road for access to his agricultural land. Representation has been considered and the respondent No.4 is said to have provided road for access to the agricultural land belonging to the petitioner. The petitioner is not satisfied with the steps taken by respondent No.4 and is making grievance that there is no effective compliance of the order by respondent No.4.

We do not propose to go into the questions of fact raised by the petitioner. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of remedy available under section 143 of the MLR Code or under the provisions of Mamlatdar Courts Act for redressal of his grievance. Keeping open option of the petitioner to avail of remedy available in law open, the contempt petition stands disposed of. Notices issued earlier are discharged.
