The original petitioner/Institute has moved this application seeking interim relief in the form of direction to the respondent/University to accept its application for affiliation for the academic year 2024-2025 with an additional relief directing the University to process it and conduct inspection as contemplated in it. 2.

Learned Advocate for the respondent/University on instructions submits that the University would accept the petitioner's application as is being prayed for and deal with it in accordance with law.
