This is an application for bail by suspending the sentence during pendency of appeal.

We have heard the parties. A case is about commission of murder of Renuka, wife of the Appellant. According to the prosecution case, on 29.04.2013, the Appellant committed her murder by beating her. The evidence of PW-5 - Dr. Kailas Zine, shows that the deceased had

955-ii-Cri.Appln.-883-2021.doc suffered 23 injuries and cause of death was shock and hemorrhage due to multiple injuries by hard and blunt object. 3.

The other important witnesses are PW-4 - Bajirao Pawar and PW6 - Sangeeta Jadhav. Both of them were neighbours of the Appellant and deceased. On 30.04.2013, in the morning, the Appellant had told them that he had committed murder of his wife. In fact the evidence of PW-4 shows that the Appellant had sought help of this witness to dispose off the dead body.

Considering the evidence of these important witnesses, no case for granting bail is made out. After receiving of Record and Proceedings, learned Counsel for the Appellant is at liberty to make an application for early hearing of this appeal.
