Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the application, no malafides can be attributed to the applicants for not taking steps to bring the LR's of deceased respondent No.1-A on record in time. Hence application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. Amendment be carried out within a period of six weeks.
