It has been submitted that applicant- Insurance Company has already been deposited the decreetal amount in this Court and respondents ( original claimants) were also allowed to withdraw the same. In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep alive present applications for stay in the proceedings. 3.

Accordingly, the civil applications for stay stand disposed of. No order as to the costs.
