Present petition can be disposed off in view of the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner before respondent no.2 is pending.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent nos.1 to 3 and Mr. Pulkundwar, learned advocate waives notice for respondent no.4.

Learned AGP, on instructions from respondent no.2, submits that copy of the appeal is not traceable with the office of respondent no.2. However, if the copy is made available, then, it would be decided within three (3) months. 4.

It is to be noted that the appeal appears to have been received by the office of respondent no.2 on 3.10.2023. Acknowledgment has been given on the copy of the petitioner and copy of the same is produced on record. However, now, respondent no.2 submits that appeal memo is not traceable.

Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would submit a copy of the said appeal with respondent no.2 within a period of one week from today.

In view of the said statements made, Writ Petition stands disposed off with directions to the petitioner that he should submit copy of the appeal to the office of respondent no.2 within a period of one week from today. After receiving the copy of the appeal, respondent no.2 is directed to decide the appeal within a period of Two Months from the receipt of the copy of the appeal.
