By order dated 27th November, 2017, the Commissioner was directed to decide the claim of the Petitioner, with regard to salary and non salary grants.

AfÏdavit in reply is filed by Respondent No. 2 - Commissioner, stating that the decision in the case of the Petitioner is taken on 26th June, 2018 and the claim of the Petitioner is rejected.

In view of the compliance of the order, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
