The petitioner, who claims to be Vice President of the Trust managing affairs of the school being run by it, alleges about the respondent No.3 having indulged in forgery and fabrication while getting himself appointed as Headmaster and has similarly obtained approval to his appointment by order dated 18.08.2020. His representation dated 02.11.2022 has been pending with the respondent No.2.
