PER COURT:- 1.

The dispute is with regard to the insurance claim.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.

It is submitted that 75% of the insurance claim is already paid to petitioners. The dispute is only with regard to the 25% of the amount. 4.

Mr. Bide, learned counsel for respondent no.2 relies on Clause 43 of AO 23/2002/AGI to contend that the petitioner can approach the Tribunal for redressal of the grievances.

In light of the above, the petitioner or respondent no.3 may approach the Tribunal. If such application / petition is made, the Tribunal shall decide it expeditiously after hearing all parties concerned. The respondent no.2 shall disburse the remaining 25% amount as per the decision of the Tribunal.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
