The Petitioner is the management, which prays for approval to the appointments of 8 teachers, who have been recruited on 'no grant basis'. Their proposals seeking approval dated 4th December, 2020, are pending with Respondent No.2. 2.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the pending proposals on their own merits by taking into account their entire selection and appointment procedure and in the absence of any legal impediment, pass appropriate orders, within 60 days from today. 3.

In the event, the orders are adverse to the 8 employees set out in prayer clause (B), the same shall be supported with reasons
