The petitioner has assailed the order dated 30.10.2014, whereby the service of the petitioner was directed to be put to an end.

The Deputy Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon has filed affidavit-inreply. Paragraph 8 of the affidavit-in-reply reads thus:

"I say and submit that, as per Govt.

Resolution dtd 27.06.2016 the present deponent will take decision and send the name of petitioner as surplus Shikshan Sevak to the Commissioner of Education, Pune for online common waiting list as per norms and conditions prescribed in GR dtd 27.06.2016"

In view of the aforesaid affidavit filed, the purpose of the petitioner may stand served. The decision as represented in paragraph 8 of the affidavit-in-reply shall be taken expeditiously, preferably within three months.
