This application is filed to bring news Trustees of respondent Tilwan Teli Samaj Trust.

It is the contention of the applicant that during the pendency of the present Civil Revision Application the Managing Committee of the Trust is changed. He placed reliance on the changed report which indicates that for the period of 2019 to 2024, change in names of new Managing Committee members of the Trust is approved. 1/2

In view of the subsequent change, application deserves to be allowed. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'C'.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.
